​Deep Cleaning Recommendation
For properties that haven't been cleaned in a while, who want a regular weekly/fortnightly clean and don't keep on top of the day-to-day, we recommend a comprehensive deep clean to ensure optimal results.
Booking Information
All cleaning appointments require a minimum booking of 2 hours. Please note that depending on the condition of the property and the scope of work, the cleaning may take longer. We will work with you to set clear expectations.
Task & Priority List Requirement
Before services commence, clients are required to provide a clear list of priorities for cleaning, housekeeping, and support services. This helps us deliver the best possible outcome.
Refund Policy
Please note that SHP does not offer refunds for services rendered.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in an additional charge at the next clean. Deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation.
